Ari Fleischer was George W Bush's press spokesman and spent a lot of effort defending things that no reasonable person could possibly believe. He says the first amendment to the Constitution guarantees
His right to publish what he likes, to hell with the referees.
So there was Ari Fleischer looking smug on CNN
Explaining how the textbooks would all have to change again
And NASA's got a new machine, to launch 2007
The first faith-based initiative crewed mission up to heaven.
Now I've had to abandon all my heliocentric thought
I'm off to Cape Canaveral to become an astronaut
It's an awful lot of training but it will be worth the wait
Once we reach the landing ground beside the Pearly Gates
I'll ask to see the omniscient one, who know all there is to know
And ask him to defend me from his followers below.
